Go Live Marcom Private Limited also trades under its own name for marketing communications services. Wrenbell is its software product.
We were the customer before we were the supplier
Go Live Marcom runs WhatsApp campaigns for brands in Chennai and across Tamil Nadu — event invitations and RSVPs, retail offers, admission reminders, service updates. For years we did that on licensed software, paying a monthly fee per number and, on some platforms, a margin on top of every message Meta charged for.
Two things bothered us. The first was the margin, which was invisible to our clients and difficult to explain. The second was support: when a template was rejected the night before a campaign, there was rarely anyone to call who understood what we were actually trying to send.
So we are building the platform we wanted, with the pricing we would have preferred and the support we could not buy. Go Live Marcom is Wrenbell's first customer. We do not sell it to anyone until we have moved our own entire WhatsApp operation onto it, cancelled what we were paying for, and run without a fallback for two consecutive weeks.
The name
A wren is a small brown bird with a song far louder than its size suggests. That is roughly what we want the product to do for a business with three people and one phone number. The bell is the part you hear.
It is spelt with a silent W, which we accept is a nuisance. renbell.com will bring you here too.
Three commitments
No margin on Meta's messages
Your business pays Meta directly at Meta's published rates. We charge a subscription for the software and nothing per message. This is a structural choice, not an introductory offer.
Your account, your data
The WhatsApp Business Account, the number and the message history are yours. You can export everything, and you can ask us to delete it.
We say no to bad lists
We will not help send to purchased or scraped contacts. It is against Meta's rules, it destroys number quality, and it is not a business we want.
