Campaigns
Send an approved template to a segment or an uploaded list. Schedule it in your own timezone, watch it send, pause it mid-flight if something looks wrong.
Sending is rate-limited to your number's messaging tier, so a large campaign does not damage your quality rating.
Shared team inbox
Every conversation across all your numbers in one place. Assign a chat to a colleague, leave an internal note, close it when it is done.
The 24-hour reply window is counted for you, and a free-form reply outside it is blocked before it can fail.
Templates
Build message templates, submit them to Meta, and see the approval or the rejection reason without leaving the screen. Edit and resubmit in the same place.

Contacts and consent
Import from CSV with the errors listed rather than silently dropped. Tag people, add your own fields, and use those fields inside templates.
Opt-out is recorded with its source and timestamp, triggered automatically on keywords in English and Tamil, and enforced on every send.

Wrenbell operates as a Meta Tech Provider. Your business owns its WhatsApp Business Account and attaches its own payment method to it, so Meta's per-message charges reach you at Meta's published rate with nothing added.
No markup on messages
We do not resell Meta's messaging. There is no per-message margin in our pricing, and nothing for you to reconcile between two invoices.
Your account stays yours
The WhatsApp Business Account, the phone number and the message history belong to your business. If you leave, you take them with you.

An agency that got tired of paying for its own tools
Wrenbell is built by Go Live Marcom Private Limited, a marketing communications company in Chennai that has been running WhatsApp campaigns for its own clients for years — on someone else's software, at someone else's margin.
We are building the platform we wanted, and we are our own first customer. Nothing is sold to anyone else until Go Live Marcom has run its entire WhatsApp operation on Wrenbell, with no fallback, for two consecutive weeks.
